We understand the three-dimensional structure of the eyes and determine the height and depth of the line accordingly. The line is designed along the crease of each individual's eyelids to create natural double eyelids and minimize scarring.

Size of Double Eyelids
The size of double eyelids, namely the height of the double eyelids line is critical to natural looking eye surgery. The smaller the double eyelids, the more natural they become. Bigger double eyelids tend to increase the risk of unnatural lines. If the double eyelids are too small, they may look like inner double eyelids. Conversely, if they are too big, they can result in thick and unnatural sausage eyes. It is important to set a moderate size for your eyes.

The highest point within the natural range is referred to as the upper limit of the double eyelids line. The line beyond this upper limit may result in side effects like sausage eyes.

Moderate Depth of Double Eyelids
Natural looking double eyelids are determined by the fixation position of the line. INIQUE finds the exact fixation position and applies different depths according to the parts of the eye to make a natural line from the inner corner to the outer corner.

When fixating double eyelids, a high position like No. 1 can result in deep and thick double eyelids and a low position like No. 3 can loosen the skin. The line should be fixed not too deep or not too shallow as seen in No. 2.

What is three-layer fixation?
INIQUE uses three-layer fixation which ties the front area of double eyelids, which is prone to loosening, with the tarsal plate and the edge of upper eyelid, simultaneously. This method lowers the possibility of the double eyelids loosening on the front area of the eye.
